You can't do everything yourself.

You can create samples. You can reinvent and flip existing products. You can recycle materials and make them fresh and new. But if you want to create product at scale for people to experience, you've got to connect with a manufacturer.

One of the best ways to find manufacturers is to use TikTok and Instagram. Tonnes of people do research into the manufacturers behind popular products, from clothing to electronics.

Once you get a hint of the kind of direction to go in and where to look from TikTok. You can do to Alibaba to find some accessible manufacturers and early samples. You can speak with them to get some physical product in your hand, and make iterations from there.

When you've found a manufacturer that you like. It's always good practice to literally visit them if you can. This builds trust between you and them, and it makes the partnership very real on both ends. Try to manufacture as close as possible to where you sell product if you can. It's sustainable, and you'll have closer control over the iterations.

And finally, when it's time to go into a full production run - make sure you have a bespoke agreement with your manufacturing partner that limits that amount of inventory you get (minimum orders) to as low as possible until you ahve an accurate way to forecast sales. 

You do this, and you'll be a few steps closer to bringing your idea to reality.
