Where do you ship?: We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?: UK orders: 14-30 business days
International orders: 14-30 business days (subject to customs clearance)
When will my order be processed?: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?: Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the UK.
Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return window?: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
